HOUSTON, Texas -- As investigators investigate the deadly Air India crash, Boeing and its Japanese suppliers are bracing for what could be yet another issue involving workmanship at the U.S. aircraft maker.

Thursday's crash of the Boeing 787 had 241 confirmed passenger and crew fatalities and one survivor. Air India, Boeing and engine maker GE Aerospace have said they will cooperate with the probe.
