NAGOYA, Japan -- As Taiwan prepares to roll out its next generation of high-speed rail service, Central Japan Railway, the operator of Japan's busiest bullet train line, is providing technology and skills instruction for a project that could one day help sustain the Japanese industry.
The Tokaido Shinkansen linking Tokyo and Nagoya turned 60 this month in a milestone for JR Central, which has been pursuing overseas growth.
