OSAKA -- Kansai International Airport will expand the frequency of incoming and outgoing flights by about a third next spring, in time for the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, under an agreement reached Monday.

A commission formed by Kansai International, Kobe Airport and Osaka International Airport -- also called Itami Airport -- along with other stakeholders reached a deal that will see the three airports share four new flight paths.
