KUALA LUMPUR -- Malaysian low-cost airline MYAirline said it has suspended operations from Thursday over financial issues, less than a year after starting service in November last year.

The move comes after a week of speculation over its financial situation and a wave of management resignations, including that of CEO Rayner Teo, who stepped down on Monday due to health reasons.
