BANGKOK -- Thai Airways on Monday gained court approval to exit its business rehabilitation process, paving the way for the flag carrier to resume trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The Thai Central Bankruptcy Court approved the airline's request as it swung back to profit following years of losses.
