NAGOYA, Japan -- Toyota Motor is accelerating the use of hydrogen in trucks and factory equipment on its home turf in Japan's Chubu region and will produce the zero-emissions fuel at its headquarters plant.
Toyota recently began using fuel cell trucks in its supply chain in Chubu's Aichi prefecture, in addition to similar efforts in Europe.
