Hospitality companies from Thailand to Indonesia tout perks to draw tourists back

SINGAPORE -- Close to glitzy malls along Singapore's Orchard Road shopping belt, lodgers at Adina Serviced Apartments are regularly treated to free popcorn, potato chips and beverages.

The establishment's attentive manager Nancy Zhang also makes it a point to personally ask guests for feedback on their stay at Adina, which opened at the end of June with 88 rooms.
