DALIAN -- China State Railway Group is expanding sightseeing rail services tailored to senior travelers, seeking to increase fare revenues by enticing a less-frugal generation.

The state-owned rail operator, along with the National Development and Reform Commission, the ministries of commerce, finance, and culture and tourism, last week unveiled an action plan designed to expand and promote train services for seniors.
