TOKYO -- Golf courses in Japan are adding more amenities to attract big-spending foreign tourists visiting the country.

Resol Holdings, which is affiliated with top Japanese real estate group Mitsui Fudosan, is spending roughly 6 billion yen ($40.9 million) to build about 160 course-side villas by 2030. This will be in addition to the 29 villas already available and 11 under construction.
