TOKYO -- As a global retro boom fuels demand for analog products, overseas visitors are making their way to Japan in search of used vinyl records, cameras and gaming software, to name just a few of the more popular items.

Japan offers rich pickings to travelers from abroad seeking vintage secondhand goods, including hit items and rare goods from the 1980s and '90s, when Japanese consumer electronics and gadgets dominated the global market.
