OSAKA -- Japan's first casino resort is likely to open as soon as fall 2030, with the company seeking to run the facility set to forfeit the right to exit the project without a penalty, Nikkei learned Saturday.
Osaka IR plans to begin preparatory construction work as soon as this month after the city of Osaka hands over the planned site.
