TOKYO -- Japanese five-star lodging provider Hotel Okura has agreed to operate a suite of serviced apartments in Jakarta as part of a tower complex opening in the Indonesian capital during 2025.

The 46-story mixed-use building, tentatively named The Okura Residences Jakarta, is being constructed by Japan's Mitsubishi Estate and Indonesian developers in the central business district at a cost of 21.2 billion yen ($186 million).
