TOKYO -- The Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise aquarium in its namesake Japanese city is making waves with a summer event based on the popular third-person shooter Splatoon 3.

By collaborating with Nintendo, operator Yokohama Hakkeijima aims to offer new ways to enjoy the aquarium and lure repeat visitors back via tie-ins involving characters and other intellectual property.
