Citizens of city-state now have visa-free access to 192 destinations: report

TOKYO -- Singapore has knocked Japan off top spot in the global passport ranking.

Citizens of the Southeast Asian city-state now have visa-free access to 192 destinations, with Japanese people able to visit 189 -- dropping to joint third-place alongside South Korea, France, and Sweden, according to London-based consultancy Henley & Partners' Henley Passport Index.
