BANGKOK/OSAKA -- Luxury hotel developers from Thailand and Singapore are flocking to Japan, drawn by the rush of tourists descending upon the East Asian hot spot.

The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka opens on July 1 near the train station in Osaka's bustling Namba entertainment district.
