TOKYO -- Tokyo-based Hotel Okura plans to open two more locations in Thailand, each offering high-end accommodations with Japanese touches.

The Okura Resort Chiang Mai and the Okura Prestige Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel & Spa, expected to open by around 2028, will be Okura's most expensive hotels in Thailand.
