SHENYANG, China -- How can a company shake innovation out of its staff? Same old faces in the same old room can mean that company meetings become boring after a while. But a change in venue can light the spark of creativity says a Chinese start-up in Shenyang, the capital of the Northeastern Liaoning province. New Coach Academy offers German style meeting rooms for rent, confident that the way Germans gather to brainstorm, has been secret to Germany's industrial success.

     When a president of a company sits down in a corporate meeting, they are often interrupted by a secretary informing them about a phone call, or a director needing the president to sign something right away. "Where were we?" the president would say as the meeting resumes, but the momentum might be gone.
