Vietnam's Zalo sends message to competition

HANOI -- While Line, Viber, WeChat and other messaging apps fight for dominance across Southeast Asia, none has made much headway in Vietnam.

     Here, a homegrown app called Zalo is used by around two-thirds of the country's smartphone owners.
