ADB to push quality infrastructure in emerging nations

Development bank's annual meeting kicks off Thursday in Yokohama

TOKYO -- The Asian Development Bank will look at how to promote investment in high-caliber infrastructure projects in emerging nations at its annual meeting starting Thursday in the Japanese city of Yokohama.

Some 4,000 participants, including officials from the public and private sectors and central banks, from the international lender's 67 member nations and regions will gather for the 50th annual meeting.
