MANILA -- The Asian Development Bank lowered its growth forecast for developing Asia this year as high interest rates and the property crisis in China pose growing risks.

The revision, to 4.7% this year from 4.8%, reflected the slowing of economies across the Asian region, according to the Asian Development Outlook report released on Wednesday.
