AIIB chief urges cooperation on Belt and Road

China-led bank eyes ADB meeting for opportunities

YOKOHAMA, Japan -- The Beijing-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank wants countries to cooperate on China's Belt and Road projects, its President Jin Liqun said on Thursday.

"I do believe, in the case of 'One Belt, One Road,' it calls for close cooperation among all of the countries working together for global and regional connectivity to achieve [a] win-win," Jin said during the "Investing in Infrastructure in Asia" seminar held on the sidelines of the annual Asian Development Bank meeting.
