Abe's cabinet nightmare looms over market

TOKYO -- Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's economic program is likely to suffer a setback following the resignations of two Japanese cabinet ministers on Monday.

     Premiums for credit default swaps, which insure Japanese government bonds against nonpayment, are starting to rise amid a growing flight of capital to government bonds.
