SHANGHAI -- Incremental policies are helping to revive China's economy, Premier Li Qiang said at a trade fair on Tuesday, while insisting that a commitment to openness must be shared by all countries.
In his opening speech at the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, Li said that economic stimulus measures introduced since late September have been "well received."
