Chinese travelers seen opening wallets for Lunar New Year

HONG KONG -- As Chinese consumers prepare to travel overseas for the Lunar New Year, Japan and other countries are increasingly optimistic about tapping inbound demand, encouraged by estimates showing those visitors could spend 11% more than last year.
