HONG KONG -- Hong Kong announced measures on Wednesday aimed at stimulating the economy while stressing the ongoing need to protect national security from the threat posed by "external forces."
Stamp duties will be eased to bolster the slowing property market and restore investor confidence, said John Lee, the city's chief executive, in his second annual policy address.
