TOKYO -- After Japan's Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Hiroshige Seko met with Sultan Ahmed al Jaber, the United Arab Emirates' state minister and CEO of Abu Dhabi National Oil, in January in the emirate, he breathed a big sigh of relief.
