LONDON -- Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida laid out his plans for a "stronger, more sustainable version of capitalism" in a speech in the City of London, saying Japan was a "buy" for global investors.

"You can invest in Japan with confidence. Invest in Kishida," he told the audience of business leaders in the U.K.'s financial center on Thursday.
