TOKYO -- Bank of Japan Gov. Haruhiko Kuroda has been an effective communicator of Abenomics and deserves being considered for a second term in office, says Koichi Hamada, the Yale University economist who has advised Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on his bid to kick-start Japanese growth.
