Sagging markets undermine Japan's services and manufacturing sectors

HONG KONG   The main gauge of Japan's services and manufacturing took a deep dive in February. Aside from renewing concerns about the bumpy recovery of the world's third-largest economy, the latest readings also seem to resonate with the Bank of Japan's misgivings about the sagging global financial market's impact on the country's real economy.
