Vietnam set for liftoff again

The tremendous entrepreneurial energy in Vietnam makes it easy to forget that the country only opened its economy to the world 20 years ago. In this short time, Vietnam has gone from a poster child of Southeast Asian growth to a picture of unmitigated mismanagement. Now, the country may have a second run at becoming Asia's next tiger economy.
