BANGKOK -- Southeast Asian nations that once anticipated strong economic recoveries this year have revised their rosy predictions in the face of galloping inflation and rising COVID-19 cases in China.

Thailand and the Philippines both reported robust growth for the January-March quarter but expect slower-than previously anticipated GDP increases going forward.
