Huawei, which scoured the globe for high-tech parts to put into its latest flagship smartphone, the P30 Pro, will be forced to scramble anew for 15 key components.

TOKYO -- The bitter trade battle between Washington and Beijing is destabilizing a powerful and agile smartphone supply chain that stretches from China to the U.S, via Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and beyond.
