MEXICO CITY -- Mexican authorities have rolled out new tariffs that appear to target popular Chinese online retailers Temu and Shein.

Mexico's Tax Administration Service (SAT) on Wednesday implemented a flat 19% tariff on goods imported through courier companies originating from China and other countries that do not share relevant international treaties with Mexico.
