BANGKOK -- Thai conglomerate TCC Group plans to develop an industrial park near Bangkok, anticipating that more companies will move production from China to Southeast Asia as trade tensions intensify between the U.S. and China.
Investment will total 20 billion baht ($592 million), the group's real estate development unit Frasers Property said this week.
