TOKYO -- U.S. President Donald Trump said that Chinese President Xi Jinping is a difficult man to strike a deal with, in a late-night social media post as speculation swirls over a possible call between the leaders.
"I like President XI of China, always have, and always will, but he is VERY TOUGH, AND EXTREMELY HARD TO MAKE A DEAL WITH!!!" Trump wrote.
