TOKYO (Reuters) -- Japan's exports rose for a fourth consecutive month, according to data released on Wednesday, revealing that strong global demand and growing concerns over U.S. tariff policies have been underpinning the country's economic recovery.

The trade report follows GDP data earlier this week showing that the economy grew faster than expected in the October-December quarter. This strengthens the case for the central bank to continue raising interest rates.
