NEW YORK -- U.S. companies should do away with their diversity, equity and inclusion policies because they violate the letter of the law and undermine equality, conservative activist Robby Starbuck told Nikkei in a recent interview.
Using DEI practices to artificially raise disadvantaged peoples to the same level as white males is "a communist concept that is really not friendly to the idea of free markets and capitalism," said Starbuck, who is of Cuban heritage.
