TOKYO -- Japanese companies should invest in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh to take advantage of a young talent pool, the state's Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said in an interview Wednesday.

"Madhya Pradesh is very prosperous in terms of human resources. We have a lot of exceedingly capable young people," he said. "On the other hand, Japan is very rich in terms of technological advancement and, of course, economic strength of Japan is something which is very well known."
