TOKYO -- As major U.S. stock indexes tread record highs, the head of U.S. equity for J.P. Morgan Asset Management said health care and artificial intelligence offer exciting opportunities for further growth.

"The main focus of our large cap growth strategy is to harness the power of the companies that we think are going to be the fastest growing companies -- the ones that have the largest addressable markets, and are really, I would call, game changers," Lee Spelman said in an interview.
