TOKYO -- Eddie Jones has helped Japan smash barriers before. He led the national rugby team to its first win against a top-tier nation -- Wales in 2013 -- and orchestrated the Brave Blossoms' 2015 victory over the mighty South Africans in the biggest upset in World Cup history, dubbed "The Brighton Miracle."

The Australian achieved his goal of elevating Japan into the world Top 10 during his first stint as head coach between 2012 and 2015. He then went on to take England to three Six Nations titles and into the 2019 World Cup final in Yokohama. After an ill-fated return to lead his home country, Jones is now back at the helm in Japan -- and, once again, setting his sights high.
