TOKYO -- Japanese companies still struggle with issues such as the lack of an international talent pool and diversity, said the president of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan, despite the country being well positioned for global opportunities amid geopolitical uncertainty.
"I want Japanese [companies] to think of the global market from the get-go," said President Jerome Chouchan.
