TOKYO -- Mitsubishi Motors President and CEO Takao Kato told Nikkei that he holds a largely negative outlook for Southeast Asia, where Japanese automakers see their dominant market share challenged by low-priced Chinese electric vehicles.
But Kato stressed that Mitsubishi will continue competing in the region, which accounts for 30% of its sales.
