TAIPEI -- More carmakers and industrial system integrators will have to develop their own chip capabilities to stay competitive, according to the CEO of the world's top provider of design tools for semiconductors and electronics.
Sassine Ghazi, president and CEO of Synopsys, told Nikkei Asia that chip development is crucial for building differentiated products.
