TOKYO -- Japanese musician Yoshiki is expanding his business activities, in addition to his work as leader of the rock band X Japan.

The Los Angeles-based songwriter and composer has released a new product in collaboration with Coca-Cola (Japan) and created his own kimono brand. With his large fan base, Yoshiki is also known as a cultural influencer. Nikkei recently interviewed him about what is important in setting up a new venture.
