TOKYO -- The international community must block North Korea's military assistance to Russia for its war in Ukraine, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky told Nikkei during a visit to Tokyo, calling Pyongyang's arms sales to Moscow "very concerning."

"We should be doing every diplomatic step to prevent the participation of North Korea in this, [Russian President Vladimir] Putin's endeavor," Lipavsky said in a recent interview.
