BANGKOK -- Thai hospitality group Dusit International plans to list its food business in the next 18 months to finance further expansion of an increasingly lucrative subsidiary that plays a key role in the company's sustainable growth.

Suphajee Suthumpun, the group's chief executive officer, told Nikkei Asia, "We will be ready to file the initial public offering by 2025 or early 2026."
