TOKYO -- U.S. President-elect Donald Trump wants Russia and Ukraine to negotiate an end to their war, and he is ready to raise the pressure on the Russians to bring them to the table, said Kenneth Weinstein, senior adviser of advisory firm Brunswick Group.
