TOKYO -- Discount Italian eatery operator Saizeriya is heading for a record net profit of 8.4 billion yen ($74.8 million) in the current year through August 2018 on the back of brisk demand in Japan and other parts of Asia.
The company announced the forecast Wednesday along with results from last fiscal year. If correct, the profit would rise 12% on the year, the first record in eight years.
