All points East in buzzy Paris art scene

PARIS -- At art fairs and exhibitions in Paris lately, new artists from Asia and collectors of their innovative works are the talk of the town.

In the City of Light, home to some of the world's most well-known artworks, Asian artists are offering a refreshing, some say avant-garde, approach that sharply contrasts with the more conventional representations of Asian art the West is used to.
