PHNOM PENH -- Ros Rotanak was on a mission for a home-cooked meal. Dispatched by Cambodian Living Arts, a nonprofit working to revive Khmer performing arts, she had been in the U.S. for four days and was craving a taste of Cambodia. But the cupboard was bare.
"Cambodian food?" the locals asked, brows furrowed. "What's that?"
